- All Off-Road Vehicle drivers and riders should follow the manufacturer’s safe operating procedures. Please be sure that your OHV has the appropriate equipment needed to operate on the rough terrain in the park. Everyone must wear their seat belt/safety harness at all times while in the vehicle.
- All ATV and Motorcycle drivers as well as passengers are required to wear safety helmets, closed-toe shoes, and protective gear including, but not limited to, those items listed by the manufacturer and the ATV Safety Institute are strongly recommended.
- All riders must wear a helmet, with a strap, and harnesses while attempting any of the following trails, in any direction: Paycheck Holler, The Colosseum, Trail 6, Trail 15.
- No doubling on ATVs not designed for doubling. Passengers in side by sides must ride in seats. No passengers in cargo areas.
- Riding is permitted until 12am on Friday and Saturday with daily passes. All vehicle lights must be working and on after dark. Riders under 16 years of age cannot drive after dusk. Please be cautious for everyone’s safety.
- Speed limit is 15 mph on all roads unless otherwise noted. Operating a vehicle carelessly, recklessly or in a manner that endangers anyone or any property is prohibited. Operator will be subject to ejection from the park.
- Stay on trails and within park boundaries. Boundaries are marked with orange paint. Do not cross over boundary lines, guests caught crossing over boundaries will be ejected from Indian Mountain ATV Park property.
- All visitors must wear the wristbands given at the park office to prove authorized admittance.
- Drivers and passengers are required to wear an Armband. Bands will be alternated daily.
- The SXS band goes on the left bar of the machine's roll cage. This shows the machine is registered.
- The ATV/Motorcycle machine band goes in the middle of the handle bars to show the device is registered.
- Maximum tire size is 37 inches (as noted on the tire sidewall). Any vehicle with tires larger than 37 inches will not be allowed to enter the park.
- Creeks, streams, and stream beds will be avoided where possible. Stay on marked trails, cross only at marked crossings. Slow speed to avoid creating any erosion to the waterways. Tread lightly.
- No riding up and down water channels. We value our waterways not only for our sake, but for our neighbors.
