Minor Waivers

If you are under 19 years old or have kids this waiver is for you! In order for one waiver to be used all year, it must be printed, notarized, and returned. Upon receiving the notarized waiver, we will email you an electronic minor waiver to fill out. After these steps have been completed, you will not be required to sign another waiver until 2025.
